Join our Financial Due Diligence practice within Business Transactions Services to help organizations realize the potential of mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets. You will assist leading companies in originating, creating, executing, and realizing business value through data-driven insights. Our team provides peace of mind to corporate and financial buyers by analyzing and validating all financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions, ensuring maximum value for their companies.
Must have:
  • Higher education in Accounting (preferably), Economics, or Administration
  • Experience in financial statement auditing
  • Review company financial statements
  • Perform accounting/financial due diligence
  • Team management
Good to have:
  • Experience with financial and accounting due diligence
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Alteryx
  • Knowledge of accounting standards

In short, we help some of the world's leading companies originate, create, execute, and realize business value. Through data-driven insights, we help our clients move in the right direction, ensuring maximum value for their companies. Our team assists organizations with buy-side and sell-side due diligence. As part of our team, you will help us provide peace of mind to corporate and financial buyers by analyzing and validating all financial, commercial, operational, and strategic assumptions being made.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Accounting (preferably), Economics, or Administration;
  • Necessary to have worked in financial statement auditing;
  • Advanced English;
  • Advanced Office Suite.

Differentials:

  • Experience with financial and accounting due diligence;
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Alteryx;
  • Knowledge of accounting standards.

Activities:

  • Review of company financial statements;
  • Perform accounting/financial due diligence;
  • Team management.
