In a highly international, young, and dynamic context, you will be involved in large-scale extraordinary finance activities, across different industries and with colleagues specialized in various disciplines.

You will support the shareholders and management of client companies in solving complex business challenges, from strategy definition to the execution of value creation initiatives, particularly in the Pre-Deal Operational/Synergies Due Diligence and Post-Deal Integration phases.

Your Perspectives

The Delivering Deal Value team at PwC Advisory supports shareholders and management of client companies to quickly achieve what is needed to maximize the value of a company's acquisition or sale. In particular, you will be responsible for managing projects in the following areas:

• Post Merger Integration projects: definition and guidance of integration plans, definition of integration strategies, synergies, and support for integration workstreams.
• Operational Carve Out projects (both Sell side and Buy side) in terms of separation strategy, definition of the carve-out blueprint, definition and guidance of the separation plan.
• Design and implementation of management reporting systems, also using Data Analytics technologies, with economic, financial, and operational indicators to allow timely monitoring of business and value creation actions.
• Value creation plans in the context of Extraordinary Operations.
• Identification and review of synergies in both pre and post-deal phases. Support in implementing tracking models for synergies identified in the “execution” phase.
• Operational/Synergy Due Diligence: in due diligence contexts, support in identifying criticalities and value creation opportunities related to the target operating model and/or synergy opportunities arising from a combination with the acquirer.

Knowledge of the Gaming sector is preferred for the position.

Requirements

• You have at least 4 years of experience gained in consulting firms;
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are proactive;
• Propensity for teamwork;
• You have brilliantly obtained a Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
• You are flexible in dealing with different points of view and work approaches;
• You are skilled in understanding and anticipating client expectations, proactive in problem-solving;
• Finding innovative solutions to complex projects is a challenge you cannot give up;
• You like to get involved, work towards goals, and know how to manage the pressure that arises from tight deadlines;
• You have a strong motivation to consolidate your professional career in consulting;
• The use of data analytics is a critical success factor;
• You speak and write English fluently;
• Traveling for work in Italy or abroad is a motivating factor for you.
