Job Description

This role focuses on driving business and financial goals through data modeling, including business forecasting, target decomposition, and health monitoring, to produce data products and analysis reports that support operational strategy implementation. The position also involves conducting in-depth special analyses, independently completing business analysis reports based on data mining, and providing actionable solutions. Furthermore, it supports strategic decision-making by utilizing multi-dimensional analysis methods such as industry research, competitor analysis, and customer segment strategies to diagnose business problems, explore monetization opportunities, and promote data-driven decisions.
Must have:
  • Drive business and financial goal achievement through data modeling, producing data products and analysis reports to implement operational strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth special analysis, independently completing business analysis reports based on data mining, and providing actionable solutions.
  • Support strategic decision-making using multi-dimensional analysis (industry research, competitor analysis, customer strategies) to diagnose business issues and explore monetization opportunities.
Good to have:
  • Related majors in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resource Management.
  • CPA, ACCA or other professional qualifications.

1. Drive Business and Financial Goal Achievement: Through data modeling (business forecasting/target decomposition/health monitoring), output data products and analysis reports, and promote the implementation of operational strategies.

2. Specialized In-depth Analysis: Independently complete commercial analysis reports based on data mining, and output actionable solutions.

3. Strategic Decision Support: Utilize multi-dimensional analysis methods (industry research/competitor analysis/customer group strategy) to diagnose business problems, explore monetization opportunities, and promote data-driven decision-making.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of experience in human resources data analysis or company operations analysis, with a preference for majors in statistics, mathematics, computer science, human resource management, etc.

2. Proficient in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and other related data extraction and analysis tools.

3. Possess solid financial knowledge, with a preference for professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA.

4. Strong logical thinking and business insight, good at data diagnosis and problem-solving.

5. Positive and optimistic, with good stress resistance and cross-team collaboration spirit.
