You will be a part of the team overseeing the risk management for Gojek Drivers for Indonesia and Singapore, and will report directly to the Driver Risk Manager. This particular role will be overseeing the service quality and compliance aspect of drivers. You will be instrumental in assisting and driving initiatives related to: ensuring drivers are (1) performing up to our standards, and (2) be a good ambassador for Gojek’s trustworthiness and reliability as a platform and service provider.
Our objective as Gojek’s Risk Team is to ensure a safe and trusted platform that our users can trust, rely on, and love to come back to. Our team are multi-background individuals and based in Jakarta, working together to anticipate and predict potential threats to our platform and our users, design and build tools to fight against and mitigate these threats, and implement and enforce these systems at scale. We partner closely with several cross-functional teams to ensure safe and secure transactions for our users, our Gojek businesses, and our extended ecosystem.
