Delivery Station Assistant - Phu Tho

Job Description

• Manage shippers within the station area according to company KPI criteria;
• Coordinate goods delivery between delivery personnel and drivers, hand over goods to delivery staff.
• Supervise shippers: ensure shippers complete delivery routes on time;
• Support shippers and handle issues during the delivery process;
• Ensure all outgoing goods are processed on the App and system;
• Count goods according to records or on the system;
• Monitor goods delivered daily, ensuring goods reach customers and no inventory backlog;
• Store goods at the station, ensuring no loss or damage;
• Manage equipment, comply with hygiene and safety regulations at the station.
• Support related tasks as assigned by the Manager;

Job Requirements

• 6 -12 months experience in logistics.
• High school graduate or higher
• Basic understanding of computers, office IT
• Willingness to learn, honesty
• Willingness to travel between nearby stations
