Job Description

Ninja Van is a leading tech-enabled logistics company in Southeast Asia, providing hassle-free delivery services. As a Senior C&B Executive, you will be crucial in designing, implementing, and managing compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. This role involves preparing and monitoring budgets, developing variable remuneration schemes, and overseeing well-being initiatives. Additionally, you will lead C&B analysis, manage analysts, conduct audits, and perform salary market surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
Must have:
  • Contribute to design and implement compensation, benefits, and recognition programs
  • Prepare the compensation and benefits budget, including monitoring, reporting, and adjusting
  • Design and develop variable remuneration schemes (incentive, bonus)
  • Manage implementation of well-being programs, policies, and events
  • Lead rollout, communication, and administration of C&B programs and policies
  • Manage, lead, and develop C&B Analysts
  • Analyze remuneration scheme components and prepare reports on internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Conduct periodic audits, prepare and present reports
  • Conduct salary market surveys (Mercer, Tower Watson, Remuneration analysis, compensation data analysis)

Responsibilities:

  • Compensation and Benefits (70%):
  • Contribute to design and implement compensation, benefits, and recognition programs that drive the achievement of business objectives/results and in compliance with legal requirements;
  • Prepares the compensation and benefits budget, including the regular monitoring, reporting, and adjusting of the budget;
  • Designs and develops different schemes of variable remuneration (incentive schemes for the Sales/Operations functions, bonus schemes for the Back Office and Enabling functions);
  • Manage the implementation of available well-being programs, policies, and events;
  • Leads the rollout, communication, and ongoing administration of new and existing compensation & benefits programs and policies.
  • C&B analysis (30%):
  • Manages, leads, and develops C&B Analysts;
  • Analyzes different components of the remuneration scheme in the organization and prepares reports about internal equity and external competitiveness;

  • Conduct salary market surveys such as Mercer, Tower Watson, Remuneration analysis, and compensation data analysis.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR Operations;
  • Have knowledge of compensation & benefit budgets and funding requirements;
  • Ability to research, synthesize, and interpret data within a reasonable framework;
  • SHUI, PIT, Labour law knowledge;
  • Strong analytical & numerical skills;
  • Familiar with MS Office;
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, attention to detail;
  • Good communication skills with the ability to liaise and negotiate in a professional manner.
