Position Overview

At Autodesk, we’re building the future of construction—and GCPay is a critical part of that mission. GCPay simplifies the pay application process for general contractors, helping them manage subcontractor invoicing, compliance, lien waivers, and payments with ease. As our next Demand Generation Specialist, you'll be a key driver of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and marketing-influenced pipeline through strategic, multi-channel campaigns.

We’re looking for a results-driven marketer with strong campaign management experience, a passion for performance marketing, and a knack for collaboration across content, product, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Drive qualified lead generation and revenue opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns including email, webinars, paid advertising (PPC), and social media

  • Plan and host monthly webinars to engage potential customers and support partnerships with leading ERPs like Acumatica, CMiC, Sage, and Viewpoint Vista

  • Own and execute our content marketing strategy through Hubspot and Wordpress—including blogs, landing pages, gated assets, website updates, and whitepapers

  • Manage all aspects of GCPay tradeshow participation: planning, logistics, booth experience, on-site/off-site execution, and post-event lead follow-up

  • Build and maintain seamless sales hand-off processes, including marketing automation workflows and BDR team sequences that ensure timely lead follow-up

  • Collaborate with digital media partners to manage advertising strategy, content production, and performance optimization

  • Use data and insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or construction technology

  • Proven track record of executing successful demand generation campaigns across email, events, advertising, and social

  • Experience managing marketing automation tools—Hubspot expertise is required

  • Strong experience using WordPress for content publishing and Canva (or similar tools) for design and asset creation

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience marketing to the construction industry or in a related field

  • Familiarity with ERP systems used in construction
