Job Summary
Job Description
The Deputy Manager - Manufacturing Maintenance will lead preventive and corrective maintenance for various machines, tools, and utilities. Key responsibilities include monitoring machine performance, identifying breakdown root causes, and implementing corrective actions. The role ensures adherence to TPM/5S, safety, and ISO/TS standards, coordinating with production and quality teams to optimize OEE and reduce downtime. The manager will also manage spare parts, coordinate with vendors, and train the maintenance team for skill development and continuous improvement. Support for new machine installations, validation, and modification projects is also expected.
Must have:
- Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Monitor machine performance, identify root causes of breakdowns, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to TPM/5S, safety, and ISO/TS standards
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain OEE and reduce downtime
- Maintain spare parts inventory and vendor coordination
- Guide and train the maintenance team for skill development and continuous improvement
- Support new machine installation, validation, and modification projects
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering
- 10 plus years of maintenance experience
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Good to have:
- Experience in wiring harness/automotive industry
- Knowledge of crimping machines
- Knowledge of cutting/stripping equipment
- Knowledge of PLC-based machines
- Knowledge of automation

Qualifications & Experience:

- Knowledge of crimping machines, cutting/stripping equipment, PLC-based machines, and automation preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
