DevSecOps Engineer

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in building and maintaining a robust DevSecOps pipeline within the Army ECMA environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Git infrastructure, pipeline creation, and continuous deployment to IL5 and IL6 cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage DevSecOps pipelines using Git infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD processes for continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
• Automate security testing and integrate security measures throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with development, security, and other vendor teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the DevSecOps pipeline and deployment processes.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference and team training.

Qualifications:

• Experience building and managing DevSecOps pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Git and related version control systems.
• Familiarity with security practices and tools in a DevSecOps context.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
• Experience in the Army ECMA environment or similar DoD environments.
• Experience with continuous deployment to AWS.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
