Digital Designer

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re hiring a Digital Designer for a hybrid role in New York City with a global mass media company. This is a 6-month+ opportunity at 30 hours per week.

In this role, you’ll join the Marketing, Consumer Creative Team to design deliverables that reach consumers through subscriptions, including print, digital, and membership channels. You’ll collaborate with a dynamic team to create compelling visual content for a variety of platforms.

Digital Designer Responsibilities:

• Work with Commerce Editorial, Brand Design, Content Operations, Marketing, and Project Management teams to create visual content across all platforms and mediums.
• Perform stitching/collaging, silhouetting, retouching, resizing, and basic manipulation of images.
• Create Product Cards for Editorial Content and Product Listing Pages, including silhouetting and retouching.
• Design and prepare logos, recirculation assets, and other relevant on-site and off-platform visuals with typography.
• Create aesthetically pleasing visuals including collages and templates for on-site, email, and social platforms.

Digital Designer Qualifications:

• 3-5 years’ experience working in eCommerce, Marketing, and/or Agency.
• Proficiency with Adobe, Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Figma.
• Familiarity with publishing tools like Co-Pilot and project management tools such as Airtable.
