UX Researcher

Our client is seeking a motivated and experienced UX Researcher to lead critical research initiatives within the buyer journey. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product strategy with human-centered insights and make an impact across the full product development lifecycle. This is a high-visibility opportunity to influence design and product decisions while helping shape the UX research practice.

UX Researcher Responsibilities:

• Lead UX research for high-impact features and initiatives.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., usability studies, interviews, surveys).
• Translate insights into action through storytelling and workshops.
• Build strong partnerships with design, product, and business teams.
• Help grow and shape the UX research practice.

UX Researcher Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., anthropology, psychology, human factors).
• 5+ years of applied UX research experience.
• Strong influence on product and design decisions.
• Expertise in UX research tools and methods.
• Ability to work across large-scale, cross-functional teams.
