Sinch seeks a Digital Marketing Lead to spearhead user acquisition and drive traffic for Sinch Mailgun. This role demands a fast-paced environment expert with broad marketing experience and a knack for data analysis. Responsibilities encompass identifying and scaling acquisition channels (podcasts, sponsorships, etc.), optimizing organic traffic and website performance (SEO, CRO), planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns (creative and data-driven), managing marketing systems and tools (web analytics, automation), and building insightful reporting pipelines. The ideal candidate boasts 5+ years of SaaS marketing experience, including SEO, performance, lifecycle, and integrated campaigns, with proven success in high-growth environments. Strong analytical and project management skills are crucial.

Description

Sinch is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive traffic and user acquisition at Sinch Mailgun. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have broad marketing experience, and love turning data into actionable insights, this could be the role for you.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and scale acquisition channels, exploring opportunities like podcasts, sponsorships, or emerging platforms.
  • Improve organic traffic and website performance by analyzing CRO, SEO, and performance opportunities.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they balance creative storytelling with measurable outcomes.
  • Manage marketing systems and tools, leveraging your technical knowledge to optimize web analytics and automation platforms.
  • Build and maintain reporting pipelines, transforming raw data into insights that help refine strategies and measure success.

Requirements

  • At least 5+ years of SaaS marketing experience, with expertise spanning SEO, performance, lifecycle, and integrated campaigns.
  • 3+ years in a B2B marketing role, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space.
  • A proven track record of launching successful campaigns with clear ROI, especially in high-growth companies.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to complex projects.
  • Comfortable educating stakeholders on brand marketing while managing multiple priorities with confidence and expertise.
  • The ability to turn data into actionable strategies.

The annual starting salary for this position is $100,000 - $130,000. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.
