Position Overview
We are seeking a digital marketing manager to support and coordinate digital marketing efforts between the India and US digital teams. This role ensures seamless execution of campaigns, marketing initiatives, and cross-team collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, project management, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Act as a bridge between the India and US digital teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on marketing strategies.
- Support the planning and execution of projects and assign them diligently to ensure smooth workflows.
- Collaborate with SEO, UI/UX designers, developers, media planners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals, ensuring deadlines are met.
Project Management & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Maintain project trackers, calendars, and status reports for marketing initiatives.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings between India and US teams, documenting key takeaways and follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and performance updates for leadership.
- Work with global teams to align marketing activities with regional business goals.
Content & Asset Management
- Manage and update marketing assets, content calendars, and digital repositories.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing materials and channels.
- Support content localization and adaptation for different regional markets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in of people leadership digital marketing and project management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email marketing, UI / UX, social media, website management).
- Experience using project management tools like Wrike, Trello, Monday.com, or Jira.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work across different time zones and collaborate with global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a B2B or healthcare marketing environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo for campaign tracking.
- Knowledge of basic HTML, CMS (WordPress), and email marketing best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce.com
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their marketing capabilities.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, SEM strategy and content creation.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
