Drive is looking for a Digital Publishing Coordinator to be the driving force behind our content, coordinating the publishing pipeline from preparation to amplification across our vast digital and social platforms. If you are highly organised, skilled in the Adobe Suite, and ready to optimise content for maximum impact, we want to hear from you. This role involves managing content schedules, preparing various assets for publishing, updating content plans, executing SEO improvements, and developing performance reports.
Must have:
  • Manage and adjust content schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare content, including video and commercial assets, for publishing.
  • Update and manage content plan changes through a centralised process.
  • Execute SEO improvements, asset sweating, and content amplification.
  • Create and maintain a pre-publishing checklist for brand and safety standards.
  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports on SEO, amplification, and syndication.
Good to have:
  • Experience with SEO and content management systems like WordPress
  • An interest in cars

Day to day you will:

  • Manage and adjust content schedules to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare content, including video and commercial assets, for publishing.
  • Update and manage content plan changes through a centralised process.
  • Execute SEO improvements, asset sweating, and content amplification across social media and syndication channels.
  • Create and maintain a pre-publishing checklist to ensure all content meets brand and safety standards.
  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports on SEO, amplification, and syndication performance.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • Advanced Adobe Suite skills, particularly in Photoshop.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and oral communication.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SEO and content management systems like WordPress is highly desirable.
  • A collaborative spirit and a genuine passion for digital publishing.
  • An interest in cars is a bonus!
