Job Description

This role involves developing, executing, and defining data sales activation for a Global Top-Tier Company. The Director, Data Activation will build and augment audience-based data assets, recruit and manage a team, onboard client data for campaign execution, and identify 1st and 3rd party segments. They will collaborate with Ad Ops, Yield, Media Strategy, Marketing, and Audience Extension partners, manage linear addressable campaigns, and act as a subject matter expert on Digital DMP (Permutive) and data trends, identity, and privacy best practices.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in digital video media operations (Ad Operations, Sales Operations, Product Operations)
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with data management platforms
  • Experience motivating and leading a team of individual contributors
  • Experience working directly with Advertising Sales and Operations team
  • Experience working with Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, Permutive DMP, LiveRamp, Amobee, WideOrbit, and/or DealMaker
  • Must be willing to work from the New York office or any other TelevisaUnivision location
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

If you are entrepreneurial, strategic, and solutions oriented then you will fit right in.We are in search of a talented of a talented Data Activation Director who will have a strong client service approach to partner with our internal and external teams.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • You will build and augment key audience-based data assets for TelevisaUnivision
  • Recruit and manage a team of individual Data Activation Specialists
  • Onboard client data for campaign execution and work within the data marketplace to identify 1st and 3rd party segments that align with client goals
  • Collaborate daily with Ad Ops, Yield and Media Strategy on capabilities, offerings, and strategic data partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Audience Extension partners to enable data usage off site
  • Manage linear addressable and reach extension campaigns
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Digital DMP (Permutive), develop a working knowledge on the DMP features and collaborate with partners to evolve data strategy
  • As the internal subject matter expert on all trends surrounding data, identity and privacy best practices
  • You will be interacting with all levels of the organization including executive team

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in digital video media operations (Ad Operations, Sales Operations, Product Operations)
  • 3+ years of experience working directly with data management platforms
  • Experience motivating and leading a team of individual contributors
  • Experience working directly with Advertising Sales and Operations team
  • Experience working in one or more of the following platforms within the TelevisaUnivision ad stack including, Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, Permutive DMP, LiveRamp, Amobee, WideOrbit and/or DealMaker

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Base pay Range - $ 140,250 - 150,000 + Benefits
