Please note this role is remote-first, meaning you have the flexibility to primarily work from a location of your choosing. However, we believe in the value of in-person collaboration, especially with company leadership. Therefore, there is an expectation for this role to be present in the office 1-2 times per month for key meetings and collaboration. As the Director, Global Talent Acquisition, you will be a strategic business partner leading the design and implementation of large-scale global recruiting initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor and consultant, you will use data, analytics, and intelligence to optimize talent strategies and influence business outcomes. You will lead the evolution of a best in class recruiting function, ensuring our processes, technology, and people align with Iron Mountain’s dynamic business needs. This position will lead the strategy and delivery for all of North America’s 5,000+ annual hires (Corporate, Technology, and Frontline High Volume) as well as oversee global, matrixed recruiting initiatives as part of our global account management model. You will report to the Head of Global Talent Acquisition and be a key member of the leadership team.
Reasonably expected salary range: $159,400.00 - $212,500.00
