As Director Social Strategy & Operations, you’ll lead the vision, execution, and innovation of social media across Fandom’s brand portfolio (GameSpot, TV Guide, Metacritic, Screen Junkies, and Fandom’s core channels). This role balances creative excellence, community resonance, and monetization opportunities – leading a high-performing internal team while integrating deeply with Editorial, Branded Content, Video, and Revenue teams.
You’ll bring structure to our social operations while pushing innovation in platform-native storytelling, real-time engagement, and fan-first content strategy.
