Job Summary

Job Description

This role involves monitoring supplier orders to ensure timely and accurate arrival at the plant, meeting customer requirements. It also includes controlling optimal inventory levels to prevent excess or shortages of materials. The technician will track critical materials to avoid plant impacts and ensure area conservation, while meeting departmental metrics.
Must have:
  • Office suite proficiency
  • Degree in Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Clear and precise communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Teamwork
  • Monitor suppliers through critical sheets for material shipment
  • Track critical material to avoid plant impacts
  • Inventory control to prevent excess and/or obsolescence
  • Ensure area conservation
  • Compliance with area metrics (OSA, QVC, SDQIPK)

Job Details

Follow up on supplier orders for their timely and accurate arrival at the plant to meet customer requirements. Control optimal inventory levels to avoid excess or missing material in the plant.
