• Have experience managing technical teams
• Can read code and understand the logic of technical systems and and engines
• Have a deep understanding of the product development cycle
• Have experience adapting development methodologies to project or team needs
• Can define effectiveness criteria in team management and have experience in conducting employee audits
• Understand quality standards and trends in the gaming industry
• Have experience working with tools for creating and maintaining documentation (Confluence, Coda.io, Google Suite)
• Are an expert in task managers (Asana, Jira)

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in related professional fields (game design, testing, HR)
• Deep knowledge of artificial intelligence tools, including machine learning, neural networks, and NLP
• Practical experience using AI in work and implementing these tools in workflows
• Ability to work with large data sets and analytics
• Experience with game engines and development tools
• PMP or other similar certifications

What you will need to do:

• Manage and optimize the process system in the technical team, improve development pipelines
• Support, develop, and implement new technologies in the company
• Assist technical directors in team recruitment, evaluation, and development
• Interact with programming leads and product technical directors
• Organize strategic meetings and cross-project collaboration
