VOKI Games is a mobile game development studio where we transform our love for games into incredible virtual worlds. We are seeking an energetic and organized Office Manager to ensure a comfortable and efficient workspace for the team. The role involves managing office supplies, budgets, correspondence, and maintaining order, while also supporting team well-being through various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience, be proficient with PCs and office equipment, and excel in a multitasking environment.
Must Have:

- Proficient with PC and office equipment
- Can prepare delicious coffee
- Manage monthly budget and order office supplies, food, drinks, snacks
- Control expenses and supplier documents
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare weekly reports on employee meal expenses using Google Sheets
- Work with Asana for benefits compensation and library control
- Communicate with the Business Center for access cards
- Monitor and ensure office cleanliness and order
- Greet office visitors and offer refreshments
- Assist with sending gifts to employees
- Perform individual assignments from management

What you will need to do:
- Drawing up a monthly budget and timely ordering of stationery and household goods, food, drinks, snacks (monitoring the fullness of coffee points with everything necessary throughout the day)
- Expense control and documents related to interaction with suppliers
- Working with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Preparation of weekly reports on employee meal expenses (Google Sheets)
- Working with the Asana task tracker (entering receipts for employee benefit compensation, controlling the office library)
- Communication with the Business Center, requesting and issuing access cards for employees
- Monitoring cleanliness and order (timely calling cleaners or other services)
- Meeting office visitors (offering tea, coffee, water)
- Assisting with sending gifts to employees
- Performing individual assignments from management
