Job Description

The Risk and Quality Administrator at PwC Moka supports the Internal Firm Services department by promoting and monitoring compliance with external laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves identifying and mitigating client engagement risks, advising business teams on PwC standards, and assisting with compliance testing, internal audits, and timely completion of e-learning. The administrator will also perform monthly reconciliations, support the implementation of Ethics and Compliance standards, prepare training materials, and assist in reviewing local laws and ensuring AML/CFT compliance.

  • Provide support to the R&Q Senior Manager in performing compliance testing and to assist in internal audits
  • Monitor the timely completion of e-learning and send reminders as required
  • Perform monthly reconciliations
  • Provide support to the R&Q Senior Manager to ensure that the Ethics and Compliance standards plans are being implemented and addressed as per the agreed timeline
  • Provide support in preparing training materials and communications on risk, independence and quality matters
  • Assist the R&Q Senior Manager in reviewing local laws and assess any impact on the firm as well as ensuring compliance on AML/CFT matters
  • Holder of a Higher School Certificate or equivalent professional qualification
  • Good analytical skills allowing to quickly understand a problem and identify solutions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Our R&Q team, within our Internal Firm Services department, focuses on promoting and monitoring compliance with applicable external laws and regulations as well as internal policies and procedures to help manage PwC’s regulatory, litigation and reputational risk.

As part of the team, you will identify and assist internal teams to mitigate and control client engagement risks. You will also provide advice to business teams within PwC on standards and approaches in accordance with PwC policies, principles and standards.
