This role is part of a team responsible for efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing inventory to ensure smooth production and service processes. The specialist will handle various materials like equipment, consumables, chemicals, and tools, ensuring their proper placement, preservation, and compliance with accompanying documents. The role requires accuracy, responsibility, and a drive for process optimization.

Must Have:
  • Secondary specialized education
  • At least 2 years of experience in warehousing
  • Skills in working with ERP systems (1C, Oracle, SAP)
  • Ability to work with documentation, numbers, and calculations
  • Proficiency in warehouse equipment (forklifts, mechanical vehicles)
  • Knowledge of traffic rules and a driver's license
  • Confident PC user
  • Receiving, storing, and issuing inventory
  • Rational placement of goods in the warehouse
  • Ensuring preservation of stored materials
  • Checking goods against accompanying documents
  • Moving goods to storage locations, sorting
  • Picking and dispatching batches according to invoices

What do we want to know about you?

  • Secondary specialized education.
  • Experience in a similar position in warehousing for at least 2 years.
  • Skills in working with ERP systems (1C, Oracle, SAP).
  • Ability to work with documentation, numbers, and calculations.
  • Proficiency in special warehouse equipment (forklifts, mechanical vehicles).
  • Knowledge of traffic rules, possession of a driver's license.
  • Confident PC user.
  • Knowledge of English at a conversational level is welcome.

What will your typical day look like?

  • Receiving, storing, and issuing inventory: equipment, consumables, chemical agents, parts, tools, etc.
  • Rational placement of goods in the warehouse for optimal use of space and simplification of picking.
  • Ensuring the preservation of stored materials, compliance with storage conditions.
  • Checking the conformity of received and dispatched goods with accompanying documents (invoices, certificates).
  • Moving goods to storage locations with sorting by type, quality, and purpose.
  • Picking batches according to expense invoices and their dispatch.
