This role ensures timely inquiry processing, adherence to SOPs, and identifies adaptations based on feedback. Responsibilities include reviewing HR Master Data changes for compliance, handling employee status and pay adjustments, acting as an escalation point for grievances, and driving process improvements. The specialist maintains accurate employee files and records, ensuring team skills and operational capacity meet demands.

  • Consolidate employee flex benefits documents and provide payroll inputs.
  • Coordinate financial year events like investment proof submissions and Form 16 issue.
  • Possess knowledge of Personal Taxation.
  • Manage TDS, PF, ESI & other statutory payments and their returns filing.
  • Administer HR processes per guidelines and operating controls.
  • Coordinate with PPS Regional Center for seamless service delivery.
  • Deliver sound customer solutions and build effective relationships.
  • Communicate and follow-up on timelines for specific HR processes.
  • Administer and support local IT tools data.
  • Manage and troubleshoot data & functionality.
  • Review and analyze existing processes for improvements.
  • Mentor other team members.

Job Title : Administration and Payroll Specialist

The Administration and Payroll Specialist is responsible for supervising comprehensive data and payroll processing, overseeing all transactional and administrative services related to personnel data, benefits, and talent administration, including mass updates. The role ensures timely processing of inquiries escalated by the Contact Center, adheres to standard operating procedures, and identifies necessary adaptations based on client feedback. The role reviews and processes HR Master Data changes for compliance with data privacy and service level requirements, and handles changes in employee status, cost centers, and pay adjustments. The role acts as the principal escalation point for grievances and drives process improvement activities, ensuring team skills and operational capacity meet domain demands, while maintaining accurate employee files and records.

Your Role:

  • End to End Payroll process (India Payroll)
  • Ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance to internal control and statutory legislation.
  • Provides subject matter expertise on local payroll policy.
  • Payroll and data quality reconciliation and fix data issues.
  • Knowledge of Payroll Journal Vouchers.
  • Handles escalated payroll related queries.
  • Works within defined processes and procedures and completes a variety of typical assignments, while also providing support (eg. Mentorship, process improvements).)
  • Payroll Administration Support
  • Consolidating employee flex benefits documents (mobile handset reimbursement, medical bills, etc.) and pass on related payroll inputs to PPS regional center
  • Coordinating & managing financial year related events like year-end investment proof submissions, Form 16 issue, etc.
  • Personal Taxation and Statutory payments
  • Knowledge of Personal Taxation.
  • TDS, PF, ESI & other statutory payments and their returns filing.
  • Policy & Processes Administration and Support
  • Administer HR processes stringently per published guidelines and within operating controls
  • Effectively coordinate with the PPS Regional Center to ensure seamless service delivery & last mile support.
  • Deliver sound customer solutions and build effective relationships with customers
  • Communicate and follow-up on timelines for specific HR-processes
  • HR Systems Support and related operations –
  • Local IT tools data administration & support
  • Data & functionality management & trouble-shooting.
  • Projects & Process Improvements
  • Keenly review & analyze existing processes and identify avenues of improvements, efficiencies, etc.
  • Use own knowledge and skills to 'mentor' other members of the team to a high standard

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience in HR systems and process management is highly advantageous.

Experience:

8 to 12 years of experience in India Payroll with excellent stake holder management

Education:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent.
