We are currently looking for someone who knows how to turn learning into an exciting adventure!

We are simply made for each other if you:

• Have more than 2 years of experience in training and developing educational programs (IT/GameDev/Digital/Creative)
• Have experience writing scripts for video lessons, courses, and interactive modules
• Understand the principles of andragogy, know how to build logical and engaging methodological learning scenarios
• Know how to work with video editors and how to turn a methodological script into a visually appealing educational video (effectively tasking the production team)
• Can clearly and structurally convey your thoughts
• Are proactive, passionate about learning and development – both your own and the team's

Will be an advantage:

• Education in pedagogy, psychology, instructional design, or L&D
• Experience launching "turnkey" educational academies or programs (internal corporate universities, onboarding platforms)
• Knowledge of modern tools: Articulate, iSpring, Miro, Notion, LMS (Moodle, TalentLMS, etc.)

What tasks await you:

• Develop the structure of educational projects and individual training programs (onboarding, soft/hard skills, management)
• Create the methodological basis for training – from needs analysis to final courses
• Create video lessons, write scripts, participate in filming and/or editing
• Work collaboratively with experts: help structure knowledge and transform it into educational products
• Select and implement learning platforms, tools, and formats
• Develop the learning system: from knowledge base to career tracks and gamified challenges
