This Culture Lead role at Tencent focuses on strengthening the company's unique culture and fostering employee belonging across international offices. Must Have:
  • Design and execute engagement strategies that reinforce Tencent’s mission, vision, and values across diverse geographies.
  • Develop programs and initiatives to enhance employee experience, including recognition, well-being, and inclusion.
  • Partner with leaders to cascade cultural values into daily business practices and leadership behaviors.
  • Drive internal communications that promote transparency, collaboration, and connectivity across HQ and overseas teams.
  • Organize global and regional events, campaigns, and surveys to measure and enhance employee engagement.
  • Act as a cultural ambassador, identifying opportunities to bridge cultural differences and promote shared identity.
  • Leverage data and feedback to continuously improve engagement initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Employee Engagement, Culture, or Communications roles, ideally in multinational companies.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Experience designing and executing engagement programs with measurable outcomes.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to innovate in employee experience.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in Mandarin Chinese and English to cooperate with international stakeholders and stakeholders who are based in HQ.
