We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on building internal tooling and APIs within the payments sector. Your responsibilities will include ensuring system reliability, delivering new features, and driving business-critical initiatives. You will oversee daily operations, manage technical execution, and support team growth, covering the entire employee lifecycle from hiring to development. This involves running daily standups, conducting one-on-ones, driving goal setting, leading hiring and onboarding, providing technical guidance, and monitoring engineering KPIs. You will also participate in code reviews, lead technical discussions, monitor system health, manage incidents, plan and execute sprints, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with product and QA teams. Additionally, you will champion quality in all releases, enforce incident management processes, and report progress to stakeholders.
