Job Description
Apple is seeking an experienced program manager to lead significant initiatives across its business lines and organizations, ensuring compliance with global privacy promises and regulatory requirements. The role involves driving large-scale privacy and compliance programs, operationalizing global compliance, developing and executing a multi-year roadmap, defining requirements, establishing monitoring and reporting, handling attestation and documentation, managing organization-wide communication, and supporting auditing and education in collaboration with various Apple teams. The ideal candidate must excel in a fast-paced environment, lead impactful innovative projects, and possess excellent communication and partnership skills.
Must Have:
- Own end-to-end roadmap for privacy and regulatory compliance projects.
- Translate global laws into execution plans with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with legal for regulatory requests and policy delivery.
- Create framework for periodic audits and transparency.
- Establish reporting for partner value and insights.
- Manage privacy and compliance communication.
- Communicate project milestones and risks to leadership.
- Work with engineering on appropriate solutions.

We are looking for an experienced program manager to drive high impact initiatives across Apple’s business lines and organizations to ensure Apple meets our global privacy promises and regulatory compliance goals. You will drive large-scale privacy and compliance programs operationalizing global compliance, including establishing and executing a multi-year roadmap, delivering requirements, creating monitoring and reporting, attestation as well as other documentation, drive organization-wide communication, and support auditing and education in partnership with Apple’s policy, legal, engineering, infrastructure and communication teams. You must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, to lead innovative projects that have broad impact, and have outstanding communication and partnership skills.

- Work with the cross-functional teams to ensure global laws are translated into execution plans.
- Partner with legal and the Apple-wide privacy and compliance program office to plan and resource regulatory requests; deliver policies in accordance with global laws, regulations and Apple’s internal privacy goals.
- Create a framework to maintain periodic audits and transparency of audit trails.
- Establish top-level and operational reporting that provides value/insight for partners.
- Own all aspects of privacy and compliance communication, provide timely updates for all project milestones, identify and communicate risks to product and legal leadership, and work on appropriate solutions with engineering.
