Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science majors are preferred)
  • 1+ years of industry experience
  • Project management processes experience
  • Project management software usage
  • 2+ years of experience with Excel

As an Engineering Project/Program Management Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining planning, tracking, and indicator systems for ACE PCORE programs to enhance long-term visibility and predictability and enable data-driven decision-making across Intel.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain project management systems, tracking progress against plans, developing and publishing metrics and dashboards
  • Perform analysis in the areas of critical chain project management, resource optimization, efficiency, technical indicators, and risk management.
  • Works independently with the engineering team and first-line managers in ACE PCORE to provide regular analysis and recommendations in all aspects of project management.
  • Demonstrated communication skills
  • Utilize problem-solving techniques
