As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will drive growth and build lasting customer relationships. You will manage key accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with internal and channel teams to achieve sales targets, deliver business outcomes, and ensure customer success. This field-based role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying and converting opportunities, building executive relationships, and orchestrating expert teams to support customers. You will act as a trusted advisor, solving problems and driving measurable value.

Job Details

Position Overview

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will drive growth and build lasting customer relationships. Skilled in value-based selling and C-Suite engagement, you will manage key accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with internal and channel teams to achieve sales targets, deliver business outcomes, and ensure customer success. This is a field-based role reporting to the Senior Sales Manager for UK & Ireland.

Customers are tackling some of today’s biggest challenges — from climate change and supply chain disruption to labour shortages and digital transformation. You will support them in navigating these shifts, helping them adapt, stay competitive, and thrive in an increasingly complex world.

By unlocking the power of the Design and Make Platform — connecting cloud, AI, data, and automation — you will enable customers to create the world around us and deliver better outcomes for their business and the planet.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market share.

Experience & Values

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying, field-based sales of complex solutions.
  • Skilled in value-based and consultative selling (TAS, outcome-focused).
  • Proven track record in growing complex accounts.
  • Comfortable operating at C-Suite level.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and trusted to deliver impact.
  • Proactive focus on accountability, execution, and outcomes.
