Job Description

As a Named Accounts Inside Sales Renewal Representative, you will oversee renewal processes, including discovery, quoting, and deployment. You will also document customer interactions, submit forecasts, and establish relationships with customers and resellers. Collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams is crucial to building a shared strategy. Additionally, you will adapt to customer requirements, recommend subscription solutions, drive revenue growth, and support customers transitioning to new buying experiences. You will provide insights from customer calls and foster cooperative relationships.
Must have:
  • 3+ years in sales or renewal sales.
  • Strong work ethic and global perspective.
  • Proficient computer skills (Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint).
  • Business fluency in French and English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in SaaS, Renewals, or Customer Success.

Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a talented individual to strengthen our Barcelona-based Named Account Renewals team.

As a Named Accounts Inside Sales Renewal Representative you will navigate through complex situations, improve subscription and cloud renewals within Autodesk’s largest customer accounts.

Our customers are transforming the world with their innovative designs, and we are seeking a team player who can support them in their journey.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager Named Account Renewals, you will operate in a hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all renewal processes in designated accounts, including discovery, quoting, processing, and deployment
  • Document all customer interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.com
  • Submit weekly forecasts to leadership and maintain consistent forecast accuracy
  • Establish relationships with customers (IT, procurement, etc.), resellers through regular outbound calls and meetings
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to build a shared strategy
  • Adapt to changes, comprehend customer requirements, and recommend suitable subscription solutions (co-terming, multi-years, etc.)
  • Drive subscriptions revenue growth by upselling and cross selling
  • Support Named Accounts customers transitioning successfully to Autodesk’s New Buying Experience
  • Provide insights from customer calls during weekly and quarterly account planning sessions with Autodesk’s Named Account Executives
  • Understand complex ideas to promote strategic initiatives and encourage the use of the consumption model
  • Foster cooperative relationships within sales and sales support and Autodesk resellers to enhance the customer experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of success in a sales, renewal sales, or sales support role
  • Strong work ethic and global perspective
  • Proficient computer skills including, Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
  • business fluency in French and English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in SaaS, Renewals, or Customer Success
