Job Description

Join a hotel that is a member of the Accor network, bringing together over 45 brands, 5,500 hotels, and 10,000 restaurants and lifestyle destinations. This role involves planning and coordinating entertainment events and programs, sourcing and negotiating with performers and vendors, and managing entertainment budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate with marketing to promote events, oversee logistics and production schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations. Responsibilities also include evaluating event success, gathering audience feedback, maintaining relationships with talent agencies, developing new entertainment concepts, and training entertainment staff. Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in entertainment management or event planning
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in entertainment/event management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends)
  • Proficiency in event management software
  • Knowledge of entertainment industry trends
  • Experience managing budgets and contracts
  • Leadership and team management experience
Good to have:
  • Experience is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus

Job Description
