- Good understanding of typical Customer processes in Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and Service such as Market-to-Lead, Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Issue-to-Resolution.
- Good understanding of eCommerce incl. customer expectations and their implications on backend requirements incl. CPQ.
- Good understanding of the potential and impact of digitization and of AI on Customer processes.
- Intrinsic motivation to create better customer and user experiences.
- Proficient in interacting directly with client stakeholders. Excellent English skills a must, business fluent German a plus.
