Getfive Advisors Pvt Ltd. is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in their Ahmedabad office. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing schedules, travel, and communication, and ensuring strong follow-ups on all action items. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, handle office coordination, and assist with documentation, maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity.
Must have:
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD
  • Provide full administrative and executive support to the MD
  • Manage calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and communication
  • Conduct strong follow-ups on all action items, both internal and external
  • Handle office coordination responsibilities as needed
  • Assist with documentation, filing, and basic reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate absolute integrity
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Coordinator
  • Graduate/post graduate or relevant secretarial/administrative program
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of shorthand
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Honest, reliable, and adaptable
  • Willingness to learn and be trained if needed
  • Steady career history

Present Role – Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Reporting – Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD
  • Provide full administrative and executive support to the MD
  • Manage calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and communication
  • Conduct strong follow-ups on all action items, both internal and external
  • Handle office coordination responsibilities as needed
  • Assist with documentation, filing, and basic reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate absolute integrity

Skill Set Required:

1. Exceptional follow-up skillsthis is the most important requirement

2. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word

3. Good written and verbal communication in English

4. Knowledge of shorthand is an added advantage

5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

6. Should be honest, reliable, and adaptable

7. Willingness to learn and be trained if needed

8. Graduate/ post graduate or relevant secretarial/administrative program

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Coordinator

2. Preference will be given to candidates with steady career history (not frequent job changes)
