Responsibilities include regular/preventive maintenance, equipment disassembly, part management (cleaning/assembly), and troubleshooting support for semiconductor process equipment.   • No disqualifying reasons for overseas travel

[Semiconductor Field] Customer Support Technician (Associate's Degree) Talent Registration

Work Location

Hwaseong, Pyeongtaek, Icheon, Cheongju, Gumi * Subject to change depending on hiring and recruiting department

Main Responsibilities

  • Regular/preventive maintenance of semiconductor process equipment
  • Equipment disassembly and part management (cleaning/assembly)
  • Equipment Trouble Shooting (technical problem solving) Support tasks

Talent Registration Field and Department

  • Field: Semiconductor Front-End Process
  • Etch (Dry Etch, Wet Etch, Dry Cleaning, Wet Cleaning, Plasma Physics)
  • Deposition (CVD, PVD, ALD, Thin film, Low-k, High-k Dielectric, Insulating/Metal film deposition)
  • Metrology and Inspection
  • (SEM, TEM, eBeam Defect Review/Analysis, eBeam/Optical Wafer Inspection,
  • eBeam CD/Overlay Metrology, Defect/Pattering Control, Process Control,
  • Photo Lithography)
  • Ion Implant
  • Epitaxy
  • Annealing, Rapid Thermal Processing
  • CMP (Chemical-Mechanical Planarization)
  • Department: Field Service Team
  • This team is responsible for Trouble-Shooting, Maintenance, and equipment stabilization after installation in the Field. They communicate with customers to resolve technical issues and provide support during equipment operation.

Talent Registration Applicant Qualifications

  • Individuals with experience related to semiconductor process/equipment (regardless of career period)
  • Individuals who have obtained an Associate's Degree
  • Those who have completed military service or are exempt, and have no disqualifying reasons for overseas travel
  • Veterans and individuals with disabilities are given preferential treatment in accordance with relevant laws
