It coordinates the company's emergency incident CA response mechanism for rapid cross-departmental action to prevent losses. The position also establishes a safeguard platform for the company's market activities in the market supervision field, ensuring external compliance while promoting market flexibility. It requires active communication with internal and external departments to understand client needs and balance changes in the external regulatory environment, representing the department in company risk control processes to provide authoritative warnings, assessments, and solutions for market regulatory risks.
Must have:

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Job Details

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Systematically update and analyze national/key provincial market regulatory policies/trends faced by the company, and propose risk predictions and improvement solutions for company operations.
  • Coordinate the company's emergency incident CA response mechanism, quickly respond across departments to avoid losses.
  • Establish a safeguard platform for the company's market activities in the field of market supervision, ensuring external compliance while promoting market flexibility.
  • Actively maintain effective communication with relevant internal and external departments, understand internal client needs, and balance changes in the external regulatory policy environment.
  • Represent the department in company risk control processes, providing authoritative warnings, assessments, and solutions for market regulatory risks faced by the company.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Should possess rich experience in consumer healthcare market regulatory policies, understand relevant latest regulations, processes, and industry risk trends, and be able to quickly and accurately analyze and locate market risks faced by the company and provide risk control strategies.
  • Possess systematic thinking and excellent written expression skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and personal influence.
  • Possess good risk insight and conventional risk control knowledge.
  • Possess 3 years or more of relevant professional experience.
