Job Description
Aptiv is seeking a FA Maintenance Junior Engineer for full-time, onsite work in Bangalore, India. The role involves breakdown, preventive, and predictive maintenance, including dies (applicators), analyzing daily breakdowns, and coordinating maintenance activities. Candidates should have knowledge of electrical SLD, load calculation, spare parts management, circuit check programming, new machine installation, and EHS activities. The position requires a Diploma and 0-5 years of post-qualification experience.
Must have:
- Knowledge on breakdown, Preventive & predictive maintenance
- Maintenance of die’s (Applicators)
- Analyzing daily breakdown & initiating countermeasures
- Co-ordination with team for maintenance activities
- Able to understand electrical SLD & Knowledge on electrical load calculation
- Spares parts management to improve the machineries up time & Optimum stock level
- Circuit check programming for the wiring harness using customer Drawings
- New machine installation & commissioning
- Localization of imported spare parts
- Knowledge on MTTR & MTBF calculation
- Knowledge on EHS activities
- Knowledge on STP
- Computer skills – MS office
- Knowledge of Process Flow, FMEA, Control Plan
- Knowledge on ECN Implementation
- Preparation of reports (Daily, Monthly)
- Knowledge of budget
- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, TPM, SPC
- Knowledge of quality basic tools
- Knowledge of W/H Manufacturing process
- Diploma qualification
- 0-5 years minimum experience post qualification
