Description

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, we are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Facilities Assistant who will be responsible for managing activities to aid the smooth running of our Farnborough office.

You will welcome visitors, keep the office well-presented and maintained and manage contracts relating to these functions.

Facilities:

  • Aid general office maintenance, cleanliness and overseeing external contractors.
  • Meet and greet visitors, receive post and deliveries, organise couriers and answer the telephone.
  • Order office consumables, furniture and refreshments within an agreed budget, and take care of stock levels.

Health & Safety:

  • Ensure our working environment is safe and that nDreams complies with all relevant legislation.
  • Carry out all weekly and monthly health and safety checks.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Electronic document filing.
  • Expense reporting.
  • Purchase order requesting.
  • Order from suppliers through online portals.
  • Support travel and event planning.

Requirements

Essential capabilities:

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • A positive attitude, reliable and dependable.
  • Reliability and discretion - you will often learn of confidential matters.

Desired experience:

  • Prior office facilities/administrator experience.
  • Knowledge of purchase orders and dealing with suppliers.
  • Worked in a creative environment.
  • Previously made travel bookings.
