Boomi is seeking a temporary Field Marketing Manager to support its commercial sales organization in Barcelona. This maternity cover role is expected to last for approximately 7 months. The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in sales and marketing automation systems, and a proven track record of working with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Inside Sales teams. The role requires quick ramp-up and adaptability to fixed-term contracts. The position involves owning the commercial marketing plan for EMEA, activating global programs, and executing integrated field marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and pipeline progression. Collaboration with SDR and Sales teams, analysis of campaign performance, and leveraging marketing activities across EMEA are key responsibilities. The role also requires a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends.
Must have:
  • Fluent in business English
  • 5+ years of Field Marketing experience
  • Experience in Enterprise Software (SaaS)
  • Proficiency in SFDC and Marketo
  • Track record of working with SDR/Inside Sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
Good to have:
  • Proficiency in other European languages

Position Overview

We are looking for a temporary Field Marketing Manager to support our commercial sales organization based out of our Barcelona office. This role is maternity cover and expected to last for approximately 7 months.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in sales and marketing automation systems, and a proven track record of working closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Inside Sales teams. As a maternity cover, we are looking for someone used to fixed term contracts, a fast learner who will be able to ramp quickly.

Please also note that this is a hybrid office/remote role where you will work at least 3 days per week from our stunning Barcelona office; and 2 days from home.

Location: Barcelona Office 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the commercial marketing plan for EMEA

  • Activate the global programs in field and execute integrated field marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, pipeline progression and conversion

  • Collaborate closely with the Commercial SDR and Sales teams to create targeted campaigns that enhance lead quality and conversion rates.  

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing strategies.  

  • Work closely with Enterprise Marketing counterparts to leverage and optimize marketing activities across EMEA

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.  

  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to inform marketing strategies.  


Requirements/Qualifications

  • Fluent in business English; proficiency in other European languages is advantageous.  

  • 5+ years of proven experience in a Field Marketing role, within an Enterprise Software (preferably SaaS organization).  

  • In depth skillset using SFDC and Marketo.

  • A track record of working with SDR and Inside Sales teams to drive lead generation and sales growth.  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.  

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to marketing.  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
