They are seeking a Field Sales Representative to strengthen their team, ideally based in a home office within the assigned sales territory. The role involves expert support for selected skilled trade customers, maintaining the customer base through systematic market, customer, and competitor analyses, targeted sales of quality products, and expanding market position through systematic new customer acquisition.
Must have:
  • Degree or solid technical or commercial education
  • Experience in field sales with proven sales success, ideally with technical products
  • Mastery of modern territory management, sales control, and supporting tools (CRM, BI)
  • Strong digital orientation
  • Very good analytical, conceptual skills, and systematic work approach
  • "Hunter", "Can Do", and "Hands-On" mentality
  • High social competence

Job Description

  • Expert support for selected skilled trade customers in the aforementioned postal code regions, especially through qualified technical and sales-related advice and training
  • Maintenance of the customer base based on systematic market, customer, and competitor analyses
  • Targeted sales of our quality products
  • Expansion of market position through systematic new customer acquisition
  • Market, customer, and competitor analysis

Qualifications

  • Degree or solid technical or commercial education
  • Experience in field sales with proven sales success, ideally in the context of technical products requiring explanation
  • Mastery of modern approaches to territory management and sales control and supporting tools (CRM and BI - analysis tools)
  • Strong digital orientation
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills and a distinctly systematic way of working
  • "Hunter", "Can Do", and "Hands-On" mentality
  • High social competence
