Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer, you will provide technical support for MRI Systems at customer sites in Israel. This includes performing installations, upgrades, preventative maintenance, and corrective maintenance. You will also be responsible for field change orders, focusing on customer satisfaction and cost management. The role involves supporting sales activities if required, activity reporting, and teamwork to improve customer support satisfaction.
Good To Have:
  • Experience working with Medical equipment in general or particularly in CT/MRI – a big advantage
  • Ability to work after hours, week-ends and holidays when required.
  • Ability to provide Customers training on equipment operation.
Must Have:
  • At least technical education
  • At least 5 years of Field service/Customer Support experience
  • Good English skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure

Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer you will provide technical support for MRI System located at customer sites in Israel. Performing installation, upgrade, Previous Maintenance , Corrective Maintenance , Field Change Order with emphasis on customer satisfaction and attention to costs.

Your role:

  • Performing corrective maintenance on MRI equipment at customer sites
  • Performing preventive maintenance according to company's policies
  • System installations, removals and upgrades
  • Supporting Sales activities if required
  • Activity reporting according to company's policies
  • Team working with other Lines for improving Customer support Satisfaction

You're the right fit if::

  • At least technical education
  • At least 5 year of Field service /Customer Support experience
  • Experience working with Medical equipment in general or particularly in CT/MRI  – a big advantage
  • Ability to work after hours, week-ends and holidays when required.
  • Ability to provide Customers training on equipment operation.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
