Guided by Good is seeking a Systems Administrator to enhance the integration of multiple platforms and improve operational efficiency. The role involves overseeing the integration, optimization, and ongoing management of core business systems including Advantage, Workfront, and HRIS (UKG Pro). Key responsibilities include troubleshooting integration issues, automating workflows, collaborating with departments, ensuring system reliability and security, managing updates, and providing technical support. The administrator will also develop custom reports for insights, monitor performance, conduct system audits, and ensure compliance with security policies and data protection regulations. This position requires strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Must Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in system administration or integration

  • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
  • Proficiency in database management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

We seek a skilled Systems Administrator to drive seamless integration and optimize the performance of critical business systems, including Advantage, Workfront, and HRIS (UKG Pro).

Position Overview:
The Systems Administrator will oversee the integration, optimization, and ongoing management of core business systems, including Advantage, Workfront, and HRIS (UKG Pro). This role requires expertise in systems administration, integration best practices, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will troubleshoot issues, enhance system functionality, and ensure that business objectives are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Integration & Administration:
    • Oversee integrations of Advantage, Workfront, and HRIS (UKG Pro).
    • Oversee the data flow of systems using Adobe Fusion Integration Platform
    • Troubleshoot integration issues and automate workflows.
    • Collaborate with multiple departments to align systems with business goals.
  • Platform Management & Support:
    • Ensure reliability and security of HRIS, Advantage, and Workfront.
    • Manage system maintenance, updates, and provide technical support.
    • Document system configurations and processes.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis:
    • Develop and manage custom reports from HRIS (UKG Pro), Advantage, and Workfront to provide insights into operational performance.
    • Monitor performance for optimization opportunities.
    • Conduct system audits to ensure data consistency and recommend improvements for system enhancements.
  • Security & Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection regulations.
    • Stay current on relevant regulatory requirements, including SOC and data privacy standards.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Work with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance, Project Management) and external vendors for system updates, new feature releases, and custom solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
    • Stay informed on the latest trends in system integration, HRIS, and IT best practices to enhance system performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in system administration, IT support, or system integration, ideally with HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG Pro) and enterprise systems (Advantage, Workfront). Strong knowledge of system integration (Adobe Fusion), cloud services, and APIs.
  • Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and database management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in hybrid cloud environments and project management software.
  • Familiarity with HRIS reporting and data analytics.
