As a Freelance VFX Producer, you’ll oversee projects from planning through delivery—organising schedules, managing budgets, and facilitating communication between clients, artists, and supervisors. You’ll be a key part of keeping everything running smoothly and on time, while ensuring creative and technical quality remain top-notch.

Must have:

Lead project scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with Supervisors and Executive Producers on project budgeting and scope.
Manage communication with clients and team members, both remotely and onsite.
Run internal reviews
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.
Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets the expected standard.
Track changes in scope and support change order documentation.

This is a remote-friendly role, but applicants must be fiscally based and working from Italy for the duration of the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of experience in VFX production for film, TV, or advertising.
Excellent written and spoken English is required .
Very good organizational and leadership skills.
Familiar with the full VFX pipeline
Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace and FTrack.
Must be fiscally based in Italy and eligible to work as a freelancer under local regulations
