About Krea
At Krea, we're dedicated to making AI intuitive and controllable for creatives. Our mission is to build tools that empower human creativity, not replace it. We believe AI is a new medium that allows us to express ourselves through various formats—text, images, video, sound, and even 3D. We're building better, smarter, and more controllable tools to harness this medium.
We’re backed by Bain Capital Ventures, A16Z, Abstract Ventures, Pebblebed and many others. If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI and empowering human creativity, we'd love to hear from you.
We're seeking a skilled Front-End Engineer to develop performant web tools that empower artists and designers. Your contributions will directly shape the tools that creatives use, enhancing their ability to bring their visions to life.
What you'll do:
Develop responsive and efficient user interfaces for our creative tools, ensuring seamless experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
Translate Figma designs into high-quality code, bridging the gap between design and technical implementation.
Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to create cohesive and functional applications.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and address any related issues.
Example experience and skills we're looking for:
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and modern web frameworks like React or Svelte.
Experience developing performant applications on the web.
Ability to work with design tools like Figma and translate designs into functional interfaces.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for design and user experience.
Experience in developing creative tools or applications is a plus.
Experience with WebGL or WebGPU for rendering complex graphics is a plus.
