##### Job Description
We are looking for a Frontend Team Leader to guide and mentor a team of 3 talented frontend developers. You will drive the design and development of innovative, scalable, and secure user interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 3 frontend developers.
- Provide technical and architectural guidance for Angular-based frontend applications.
- Stay current with industry and UI/UX trends, driving the adoption of best practices and modern frameworks.
- Actively contribute to development, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Backend, QA, and global engineering teams.
- Ensure adherence to engineering practices including unit testing, code reviews, and continuous integration.
- Work with Support to troubleshoot and resolve customer-facing issues.
- Contribute to technical design and documentation.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members as the team grows.

##### Qualifications
- BE / BTech / MCA or equivalent.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development, building enterprise-scale applications.
- 2+ years of experience leading a frontend team (or mentoring developers).
- Strong expertise in Angular (latest versions).
- Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
- Experience with responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services.
- Good understanding of security best practices in web development.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, TDD, and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to completion.
- Passion for mentoring developers and fostering team growth.
