Job Summary

Job Description

Attend to clients and prospects via phone, chat, or written media. Provide information on vehicles, financing plans, dealer assignment, technical specifications, after-sales topics, complaints, and general brand information. Responsibilities include filling out registration databases, following up on daily requests, and assigning and registering in Seekop.
Must have:

  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent spelling
  • Active listening and reading
  • University student (Economic - Administrative Degree) or graduate
  • Proficiency in Office suite

Job Details

FULL TIME

Activities to perform:

Attend to clients and prospects via phone call, chat, or written media. Provide information on vehicles, financing plans, dealer assignment, technical data sheet, after-sales topics, complaints, and general brand information.

Deliverables:

  • Filling of registration database
  • Follow-up on daily requests
  • Assignment and registration in Seekop

Competencies:

  • Proactivity and Problem Solving
  • High sense of responsibility and follow-up
  • Work under objectives and in groups
  • Experience in customer service
  • Excellent spelling
  • Active listening and reading

Schedules:

  • Shift rotation Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 19:00 or 10:00 to 20:00 (weekly change)
  • Saturdays 9:00 to 15:00 or 10:00 to 16:00 (guards, staggered 6-hour shifts and 2 free guards per month)

Requirements:

  • University student (Economic – Administrative Degree) or graduate.
  • Preferably with experience in customer service and sales
  • Indistinct gender
  • Proficiency in Office suite
  • Availability to rotate shifts from Monday to Saturday
