This role is for individuals keen to grasp the basics of game design and the complete game development lifecycle. They will cultivate fundamental skills and understanding, which they will then utilize to assist with actual design tasks on active projects, all while advancing their professional careers. Responsibilities include studying game design fundamentals, analyzing various game genres and their design concepts, fun factors, and controls. Interns will also be trained on a real project to understand the game-making process and support the lead game designer with minor tasks. They will contribute to design discussions and decisions, create/maintain game design documents for new features or improvements under supervision, and learn to fix design-related bugs using in-house tools. The role also involves playtesting the game with the team.
