About the Role

We are looking for a Game Lead (CDI - Permanent Contract) to lead an ambitious, unannounced project. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the game’s vision while ensuring its execution meets the highest standards of quality, innovation, and market potential.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, from concept to live operations, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. This role requires deep expertise in game development, leadership, and creative direction.

Responsibilities

Define and champion the game vision in collaboration with the leadership team.
Drive the execution of the project, ensuring alignment between creative ambitions and production realities.
Lead and inspire a team of designers, artists, engineers, and producers to deliver an exceptional player experience.
Balance creative direction with business objectives, ensuring product-market fit.
Make strategic decisions on game design, pacing, and player engagement.
Oversee production schedules, budgets, and milestones, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with marketing, user acquisition, and data teams to optimize player retention and growth strategies.
Stay ahead of industry trends and player expectations to push innovation within the mobile gaming space.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in game development, including leadership roles as Executive Producer, Game Director, or similar.
A strong creative background with a proven ability to define and execute a compelling game vision.
Deep understanding of the mobile gaming landscape, player behaviors, and market trends.
Experience in full-cycle game development, from concept to live operations.
Ability to balance creativity, business objectives, and production constraints.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working in an international and fast-paced environment.
