Oh BiBi is looking for a Senior Gameplay Programmer to help shape and deliver the future of our current and upcoming games. We are seeking an experienced and versatile developer who combines deep technical expertise with a strong passion for mobile gaming. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and optimize gameplay features for mobile games (iOS and Android).
- Take ownership of complex systems, from prototyping through production and live operations.
- Collaborate closely with designers, artists, producers, and other engineers to ensure a cohesive and fun player experience.
- Uphold and improve code quality, architecture, and performance across the project.
- Mentor and support other programmers, providing technical guidance and best practices.
- Contribute across multiple areas of development (gameplay, UI, tools, data systems, optimization).
- Integrate and maintain external tools and SDKs, ensuring smooth pipelines and stable releases.
REQUIREMENTS
- Several years of professional experience as a programmer in the games industry.
- Strong expertise in C# and solid knowledge of C++
- Significant experience developing games with Unity (mobile experience is a strong plus)
- At least one shipped game on iOS and/or Android
- Broad understanding of game technology areas (gameplay, graphics, tools, performance)
- Familiarity with additional scripting languages (Python, Lua, etc.)
- Proven ability to quickly understand and improve existing codebases
- Passion for games and for delivering polished player experiences
- Strong knowledge of the Free-to-Play model and its requirements
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to align and influence across disciplines
