Job Summary
This role involves tasks related to character voices in games. Responsibilities include script preparation and confirmation for stories and texts, attending recording sessions, inspecting delivered audio data, confirming and adjusting recording schedules, and other simple administrative tasks related to scenarios. Strong communication skills, manners, and etiquette are crucial as you will interact with various professionals such as sound directors, directors, scenario writers, agencies, and performers.
Must Have
- Experience in attending voice recording for anime, games, or dubbing.
- Knowledge and experience in audio editing or equivalent.
Good to Have
- Experience as a sound director in voice recording.
- Experience as a recording engineer.
- Experience in sound production.
- Experience in casting voice actors.

Annual income 4 million yen to 10 million yen
- Determined according to our company regulations, considering experience and ability.
- May also be a contract employee.
- Semi-annual performance incentive system in addition to annual salary.
- Annual salary includes prescribed overtime work allowance and late-night work allowance. Paid regardless of the presence of overtime work.
- Annual income examples:
5.4 million yen / 27 years old
6 million yen / 30 years old
7.6 million yen / 38 years old

Working Hours
10:00~19:00 (8 hours of prescribed working time)
Break time: 60 minutes (13:00~14:00)
- Average monthly overtime: Approximately 16.7 hours (2024 results)
Required Conditions
- Experience in attending voice recording for anime, games, or dubbing.
- Knowledge and experience in audio editing or equivalent.
