Job Summary

As a public relations representative for Cygames' content, you will manage all PR duties for various game titles, including smartphone and console games. Key responsibilities include creating and distributing press releases, managing media relations, organizing events, and editing/writing articles for owned media. This role requires at least 3 years of PR experience and a strong interest in games, with preferred experience in the game industry and multimedia editing skills.

Must Have

Create and distribute press releases and public relations materials.
Manage media relations (inquiries, interviews, event operations, tie-up planning).
Edit and write title-related articles for owned media.
Perform other PR tasks related to our game titles.

Good to Have

At least 1 year of public relations/promotion experience in the game industry.
Image and video editing skills using Photoshop/Premiere Pro.
Knowledge of PvP games.

Job Description

As a public relations representative for our various content, you will be responsible for all public relations duties for each title.

You will be responsible for all public relations duties related to our game titles, including smartphone and console games. Specifically, these include:

Creating and distributing press releases and public relations materials
Media relations (handling inquiries, inviting and attending interviews, managing various events and trial sessions, planning and executing tie-ups)
Editing and writing title-related articles for owned media
Other tasks related to public relations for our game titles

Annual salary 4 million to 10 million JPY

Determined based on experience and ability, according to company regulations.
May also be a contract employee.
Semi-annual performance incentive system in addition to annual salary.
Annual salary includes fixed overtime and late-night work allowances. Paid regardless of overtime work.
Example annual salaries:

5.4 million JPY / 27 years old

6 million JPY / 30 years old

7.6 million JPY / 38 years old

Working Hours

10:00-19:00 (8 hours of prescribed work)

Break time: 60 minutes (13:00-14:00)

Average monthly overtime: Approximately 18 hours (2023 results)

Required Conditions

At least 3 years of public relations experience (any industry)
Deep knowledge of games, or strong interest in them

Preferred Conditions

At least 1 year of public relations/promotion experience in the game industry
Image and video editing skills using Photoshop/Premiere Pro
Knowledge of PvP games
